Pelvic floor training · Wiesbaden

Seated pelvic floor training for women after giving birth, for bladder weakness or for men after prostate surgery.

BetterPelvi chair for pelvic floor training
Just sit down

Many people can hardly feel their pelvic floor, which makes classic exercises difficult. Here you simply sit on the chair fully clothed, an easy way to train your pelvic floor.

How it works

1

First appointment

About 45 minutes. We look at your situation and whether the training is right for you, and you try out the chair in a free trial session.

2

Your series

Usually 20 to 30 sessions, mostly twice a week.

3

Short and comfortable

Each further session takes about 15 to 25 minutes, in your everyday clothes.

Pelvic floor training is a self-pay service. Initial studies suggest that it may also help with lower back pain.
