In short: this website does not set any cookies and does not use tracking or analytics tools. Services from other providers only load when you actively click on them.

3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time, page visited, referrer URL, browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website securely and reliably and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The log files are deleted or anonymised after a short time. We have concluded a data processing agreement with ALL-INKL.COM in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise it by the padlock symbol and “https://” in the address bar.
5. No cookies, no tracking, local fonts
We do not set any cookies and do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. Exception: if you choose to load Google Maps, Google may set its own cookies (see section 9). All fonts are stored on our own server. This means no connection to Google or other font providers is established when the page loads.
6. Contact by email and phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry concerns training or a membership, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Please avoid sending us detailed health information through these channels. It's best to discuss this in person during the initial consultation.
7. Contact via WhatsApp
On this website we link to WhatsApp. WhatsApp only opens when you tap a WhatsApp button. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. If you message us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp and the Meta group also process data, including your phone number and metadata, possibly also in the USA. WhatsApp's privacy policy applies. The legal basis for our processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your decision to contact us this way) or (b) GDPR. If you don't want this, you can reach us by phone or email at any time.
8. Online booking via THEORG
On the “Training” page you can book appointments online. Bookings run via the practice software THEORG made by SOVDWAER GmbH. The booking window only loads when you click “Load booking”. Only then is a connection to the provider's servers established and your IP address transmitted. When you make a booking, we process the details you enter there in order to manage the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
9. Google Maps
In the “Directions” section we initially only show a preview image of the map. This image is stored on our own server and was created from OpenStreetMap map data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence). No data is transmitted to third parties when the image is displayed.
Only when you click “Load Google Maps” do we embed an interactive map from Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. In particular, your IP address, information about your browser and the page visited are transmitted to Google. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and may also process the data on servers in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission.
The legal basis is your consent given by clicking, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page; the map will then no longer be loaded. You can find more information in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
10. Links to other services
We link to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), to Google Maps and Apple Maps for route planning, to our app in the App Store (Apple) and on Google Play (Google), to the online shop of Prävention.digital and to the journey planner of ESWE Verkehr. These are simple links. No content from these services is embedded in our website, and no data is passed to these providers when you visit our site. Only when you click a link do you leave our website. The privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.
11. Our members' app
For our members there is the app “die bewegungsoptimisten” for booking appointments and tracking training. The app is not part of this website. It has its own privacy policy, which you can find in the app and in the respective store.
12. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Just send us an email.
13. Right to lodge a complaint
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany.
